Happy Motivational Monday! You can gain motivation from two places…1) It can come from an external source like listening to a podcast or video, watching a show or movie, or seeing someone else that inspires you to push forward.2) The other option is internal. From within your heart and mind. Something that you tell yourself that sparks that flame and gets you going. It can be positive self-reinforcement, or even being hard on yourself, sometimes a mixture of both.Whatever you need to do to get yourself pumped up, do it! The start of the week is a perfect time to get the ball rolling. Whether you’re using option one, option two, or a little of both, do whatever it takes to get the energy flowing! Shortly after, I know there will be no other choice but for you to crush this week and this month.Let’s do it! 💪🏼

There are no right or wrong decisions, there are only decisions. When you find yourself at a crossroads, you can only ever be 100% certain in hindsight, so aim for 51%, make the decision, and move on. (Steven Bartlett said something similar to this on The Mel Robbins Podcast on Thursday). It made me think of my favorite quote from Steve Jobs: "You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So, you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something—your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.”Once you've made the decision, let it go. Give it to a higher power. A decision was made. You won't know if it was the right decision until months, maybe years later. What's important is that you don't get stuck in a pattern of overthinking and indecisiveness. Happy Monday! Keep moving forward, my friends.

It's Wednesday. Time for a mid-week pulse check...ready? Let's go...- Are you okay? Great, keep pushing! - Are you overwhelmed? STOP NOW and go take a break. Take a walk, stretch, listen to a song that motivates you. Do something to help you catch your breath. - Are you bored? Find a podcast or a on-demand webinar that will help re-ignite your flame. Reach out to an old colleague, an old boss or someone that can help break the monotony. Or, commit to a mid-week happy hour with some friends.- Are you happy? Great! Share that with someone. They may need your positive energy in their Wednesday pulse check. It's never too soon, too late, or not the right time to check in with you. Keep your glass FULL!

What those your self talk sound like? What are the kind of things do you tell yourself. Do you speak to yourself with the sense possibility and positivity?I was listening to a podcast today and David Goggis said “ The best conversation you will have is with yourself”. Even if you lie to world, you can never lie to yourself. Are you telling yourself the truth? Do you speak to yourself with sense of you believing in your self? Do you make your self believe in the possibilities of things working out for you. You have to win in your mind before you win in the reality. You can use self talk to:📌Increase the level of believe you have in yourself.📌Boost your courage.📌To command your day.📌Self attract all the good things you want.📌Get yourself in the right energy. You gotta to tell yourself that you are good enough, you are worth all the things you want, you are the best version of yourself. All the success you want starts with you first. Even if you lie to the world, you never lie to yourself. #weekend #selfimprovement

Moments of clarity. For me, a simple yet effective morning routine is the best recipe for a productive day. One of the first things I do in the morning is clear my mind with a 30-minute walk. It’s amazing what 3km can do to set the tone for the rest of the day. This is when I’m thinking about what I want to achieve in the day. Usually, I’m listening to a podcast or a new playlist and I’m truly at peace. Never underestimate the value of clarity. There’s a reason Steve Jobs did some of his best thinking while out on a walk. Here’s a shot from this morning’s stroll–how do you like to clear your mind and start your day? Let me know down below.

Day 23 | Maya Angelou told us: “We need joy as we need air.” Experiencing joy doesn’t make us disloyal to our pain. But a life focused solely on the various sufferings that grace our humanity leaves out the other even more juicy parts of a wholly-lived, soulful life. Taking your joy into your own hands not only flexes those neuropathways, it puts you in tune with your aliveness — which has a direct correlation to your creativity. What tickles you and brings you joy? How can you let joy be your litmus or barometer so you can lead with joy? How can those levels of joy help you determine what you let into your life and what you say no to? How can you become more attuned to how this part of your soul is speaking to you?Start by identifying: - Big and small, what are the things that bring you joy?- What do you love to create? What do you love to do- What daily life do you want to create?Read more and listen to the podcast conversation here: https://buff.ly/3VBSm0K

Here’s a cool thought…. What do you think a good gauge for life satisfaction is??? How do you measure if you’re truly living your best life? Or like I ask on the Art of Winning Podcast - if life was a game how would you know if you’re winning or not? And I’ve heard some great answers on the show but one that really stuck with me is…By tracking how much I try to distract myself from my my life. Because think about it We are constantly and intentionally distracting ourselves from our own lives. Why? Have 5 minutes? Stuck in traffic? Let’s watch people dance and live their best life on social media. Or the watch the game? Listen to music? Or drink and do other things to “unwind” from our so painful life. Why are we always trying to escape from our own lives? How much do we sit back and just watch our own life? In complete awe of what we are doing? What we are creating? But that’s it right. The minute we turn off the distractions.. Is the minute we begin to live that epic life! #veterans #bestlife #financialfreedom #millionairemindset
