They said the turboprop Fokker 26 carrying 47 passengers and a crew of five smashed into Pichen-Leufu Peak as its approached Bariloche after a flight from the nearby El Palomar air force base. The plane was owned by the state airline LADE, which is operated by the air force on short-range domestic flights linking various military installations in southern Argentina that are not serviced by commercial airlines. It was not known if any foreigners were aboard the craft. Killed In 250-MPH Crash Gainesville, Fla.

It is part of the biggest postal and telephone charges in British history, blamed--like so much else these inflation. day Inland parcel post will cost 50 per cent more, airmail letters across the Atlantic will go up from 19 to 24 cents, and on April 28, telephone bills will soar by at least 29 per cent. Susan Hayward Flown Home Los Angeles (AP) -The body of Susan Hayward was flown to Atlanta Saturday for burial at Carrollton, where she had lived with her second husband. The flame-haired actress, honored for her screen portrayals of hardluck women, died Friday after a two-year fight against a brain tumor. She was 55.

Her physician, Dr. Lee E. Siegel, said "it was amazing to live that long with this type of lesion. She was one of the great fighters. I've never seen anything like it." Autopsy Results On Boy Awaited Galena, Ill.

(AP)-Autopsy results were awaited yesterday to determine how Joseph Didier, the 15-year-old son of a Rockford alderman, died. The boy's frozen, nude body was discovered Saturday afternoon by two Boy Scouts and a caretaker in a cabin at the Canyon Boy Scout Camp about 60 miles northwest of Rockford, authorities said. They said they could not determine when Joseph died before the autopsy results. He had vanished March 4 while on his morning newspaper route. "We feel it's other than a natural death, but as to cause, we don't know," said Sheriff Marlo Specht of Jo Daviess County.

Police Order Further Tests On Dead Woman Police ordered further tests on the body of Patty Ann Bundren, a Beech Grove divorcee whose nude body was found under a snow -covered, discarded sofa, after an autopsy yesterday failed to reveal the cause of death. Detective Sgt. Donald H. Campbell said that a toxology report has been ordered on the body of Mrs. Bundren, 37, 2415 Bishoff Court.

THE AUTOPSY did show that she suffered a concussion and cuts and bruises on her head. It also revealed that the victim had been sexually molested, Sgt. Campbell said. Mrs. Bundren's body was found beneath snow and a junked couch about 3 p.m.

Saturday in an alley west of the 200 block of North Keystone Avenue. Detectives said she may have been beaten at another location and taken to where she was found. The toxology examination of blood, skin and organ tissue should show whether Mrs. Bundren died of the beating or of exposure. SGT.

CAMPBELL, Lt. Harry C. Dunn, Detective Jerry R. Campbell and Capt. Jack L.

Cottey have questioned about 15 persons, but they said they had no suspects yet. Lt. Dunn said detectives will conduct more interviews today with "friends, acquaintances and people she dated or with whom she was socially acquainted," as well as "persons she collected money from" in her job with National Life Accident Insurance Company, 2425 East New York Street.
