How to get unofficial transcript from Ventura College? ›

Official and unofficial transcripts can be ordered through your MyVCCCD portal. If you do not have access to your portal, order your transcripts by clicking on the link below.

Simply log in to your account at http://my.vcccd.edu, where you'll find the necessary tools and resources to update your program of study or goal as needed.

The admissions process at some colleges and universities requires an official transcript. Please remember that most colleges and universities won't accept unofficial transcripts, so please request your final transcript so that you can complete the admissions process.

Transcripts and other academic records must be issued directly by the registrar's office of your previous school(s) and bear the official registrar's stamp or signature. All other security features must be intact. Unofficial records such as print-outs from student portals are not acceptable for admission review.

Chrome or Microsoft Edge: Go to Print, then change the printer destination to "Save as PDF". Other browsers on PC: Go to Print, then change the printer destination to "Microsoft Print to PDF".

An excused withdrawal grade, “EW”, occurs when a student must withdraw from an academic course for reasons beyond his or her control after the specified drop date, such as job transfer outside the geographical region, student's being subject to an immigration action, death of an immediate family member, etc..

Students may pick up their ID from the Student Activities Office. To receive a student ID, please bring a copy of your student schedule bill, showing the student ID card fee was selected and paid to the Student Activities Office during normal business hours.
